Before reserving your unit, please read all rules. Click "1 Bedroom" to the right of this section to see complex rules.

Complex Rules:

No pets.

No smoking inside units - allowed outside only.

No fireworks, firearms or weapons allowed.

Must be 25 or older.

No loud, obnoxious, inappropriate or illegal behavior.

No skatboards, roller blades, scooters or bikes allowed.

All children must be supervised.

Fish cleaning allowed only at the fish cleaning station located on the dock - PLEASE do not clean fish in the units.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

No extra guests or visitors allowed.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m.

Check out time: 11:00 a.m.

Pool/Hot Tub Rules:

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED within the gates of the pool/hot tub area.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult, there is no lifeguard.

No running or diving.

No diapers.

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY RENTER BEFORE LEAVING UNIT:

Wash Dishes

Take Out Trash

Turn Air Conditioner on 78 or Turn Heat on 55

Lock All Doors

NOTE: IF ANY RULES ARE VIOLATED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

IFYOU LEAVE YOUR UNIT IN POOR CONDITION, VIOLATE RULES, ETC. AND YOU WERE GIVEN A DISCOUNTED RATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE IN ADDITION TO POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES.
