Below is a very rough drawing of the complex to give you an idea of where things are located.

Units 17 - 28 are in a 3-story building with the top units being level with the parking lot. Units 13-16 are in a 2-story building with the top units being level with the parking lot. Units L1-L6 are in a 2-story building with the top units being level with the parking lot. Units 5-10 have stairs leading to them.
All units are lake front.

The swimming pool & hot tub have a gate on each side for access.

Big Bear Resort became Koala Bear Condo in 2006. The owner of the resort turned the complex into a condo complex and sold each unit individually. Approximately 85-90% of the 30 units are rented out as vacation rentals.
